I am the founder of MoveToJoy and coach for women in Mindset management and self-empowerment.

I help career-oriented women in their journeys to professional success by overcoming roadblocks and reaching fulfilment.

In the corporate world for more than 20 years, I have successfully completed multiple career transitions (industry, roles, status) despite life hurdles and challenges, and help my coachees achieve the same, faster.

I also work with organisations to help their female employees who are moving up in the corporate ladder with topics related to mindset and self-empowerment, and, in case of outplacement, to help their female staff reposition in the market.

I am a self-driven individual, who moves forward with joy and loves to grow, expand perspectives and take action. My founding values are self-worth, excellence, integrity, and effectiveness.
